Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings

  • Services can be booked through phone, message, or online (if available).

  • A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us.

  • We reserve the right to decline a booking where access, time or conditions are unsuitable.                                                                                                                             

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • If we arrive and cannot carry out the service due to lack of access, unsafe location or vehicle condition, the booking may be charged.                                                         

3. Access & Work Area

For mobile services, the customer must provide:

  • Safe and legal parking for the duration of the service

  • Adequate space to work around the vehicle

  • Access to water or electricity if required for the chosen service (unless advertised as self-sufficient)

If conditions are unsafe, work may be delayed, altered or refused.

4. Vehicle Condition

  • Prices are based on standard vehicle condition.

  • Extremely dirty, contaminated, or pet-hair-heavy vehicles may incur additional charges.

  • We will always discuss extra costs before continuing work.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects or wear on the vehicle.       

5. Personal Belongings

Please remove personal items before your appointment.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

6. Payment

  • Payment is required on completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, or other methods offered at the time.

  • Late or non-payment may result in late fees or refusal of future service.                      

7. Weather Conditions

For mobile services, weather may affect the appointment.

We may:

  • Reschedule due to heavy rain, storms, extreme temperature or unsafe conditions

  • Adapt the service to suit conditions where possible

We always aim to give as much notice as possible.

8. Timeframes

Estimated service durations are provided for guidance only.
Work may take longer depending on vehicle size, condition and chosen package.

9. Liability

We take great care to protect your vehicle.
However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing scratches, marks, paint defects or clear coat failure

  • Damage caused by rust, age or poor previous repairs

  • Failure of protective coatings due to improper aftercare

If an issue arises, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.

10. Photographs & Media

With consent, we may take before/after photos for portfolio or marketing use.
Customers may request removal of images at any time.

11. Gift Vouchers (If Applicable)

  • Non-refundable once purchased

  • Must be used before the expiry date stated

  • Can only be redeemed for the value or service listed                                                      

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
